RoboDesk started in 2020 inside Appout, an Egyptian technology company, because the enterprise contact centres we worked with were being asked to choose between global platforms that did not understand the market and local tools that could not carry enterprise load.بدأت روبوديسك عام ٢٠٢٠ داخل Appout، وهي شركة تقنية مصرية، لأن مراكز الاتصال المؤسسية التي عملنا معها كانت مضطرة للاختيار بين منصات عالمية لا تفهم السوق وأدوات محلية لا تحتمل أحمال المؤسسات.

Arabic — including dialect — is a first-class language here, not a translation layer. Data residency in Egypt and the Gulf is a deployment option, not a special project.
