How we build for resilienceكيف نبني للصمود
Reliability is an engineering practice, not a number on a page. These are the things that actually keep the platform available.الموثوقية ممارسة هندسية لا رقمًا على صفحة. وهذه هي الأمور التي تُبقي المنصة متاحة فعلًا.
- Tenant isolation. Each customer runs in a dedicated namespace. A noisy tenant cannot degrade another.عزل العملاء. كل عميل في نطاق مخصص، فلا يؤثر ضغط عميل على آخر.
- Autoscaling. Pods scale horizontally with load, so campaign spikes and seasonal peaks do not queue.تمدد تلقائي. تتمدد الحاويات مع الحمل فلا تتراكم ذروات الحملات والمواسم.
- Channel failure containment. A provider outage on one channel does not stop the others; interactions queue and resume.احتواء أعطال القنوات. تعطل مزود قناة لا يوقف الباقي، وتُصطف التفاعلات وتستأنف.

Support and escalationالدعم والتصعيد
Enterprise agreements include a named account manager and a defined escalation path with response targets by severity. Incidents affecting a production tenant are escalated to engineering directly rather than queued behind general support.تشمل اتفاقيات المؤسسات مدير حساب محدد ومسار تصعيد واضح بأهداف استجابة حسب الخطورة. وتُصعَّد الحوادث المؤثرة على الإنتاج إلى الهندسة مباشرة بدل انتظار الدعم العام.
