About RoboDesk
An AI-first enterprise CX platform built in Egypt since 2020, running customer operations for enterprises across the Middle East and Africa.
Built where the problem is
RoboDesk started in 2020 inside Appout, an Egyptian technology company, because the enterprise contact centres we worked with were being asked to choose between global platforms that did not understand the market and local tools that could not carry enterprise load.
Arabic — including dialect — is a first-class language here, not a translation layer. Data residency in Egypt and the Gulf is a deployment option, not a special project. And the platform is built as one product configured per industry, so every customer runs on code hardened by every other deployment.
What we build
A complete CX suite — nine modules covering interactions, AI and automation, quality control, ticketing, campaigns, workforce management, analytics, knowledge and deployment — with AI embedded across all of them rather than sold as a separate product.
As a Meta Business Partner, WhatsApp Badged Partner and Meta Performance Accelerator Member Partner for H2 2026, we connect and support official Meta business channels directly.
Who runs on it
LG across more than sixteen markets in the Middle East and Africa, FedEx, SWVL, Skechers, dnata, Umbro, ANTA, Yodawy, Alfa Group, Egypt's Ministry of Health and Population, and dozens of others.
Part of Appout
RoboDesk is Appout's flagship product. Appout is an Egyptian technology company building AI-first products for enterprise operators. Registered office: 2 El Geish St., Capital Tower, Tanta, Egypt.
