How we work
Small teams with real ownership. Product, engineering, AI, quality and customer operations sit close together because the platform runs live for enterprises where downtime is not an abstraction.
Work is bilingual by default. Most of the team is in Egypt and most of our customers operate in Arabic and English.
Where we usually hire
- Backend and platform engineering — Node.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes.
- Frontend engineering — React and modern web.
- AI and applied machine learning — retrieval, agents, evaluation.
- Product management and technical product ownership.
- Customer operations, implementation and support engineering.
