Privacy notice
How this website handles personal data. Customer data processed inside the RoboDesk platform is governed separately by your agreement and the data processing agreement.
This notice covers visitors to www.robodesk.ai only. If you are a customer of the RoboDesk platform, we act as a processor of your end-customers' data and our obligations are set out in your contract and the data processing agreement, not here.
Who we are
This website is operated by Appout, the Egyptian company behind RoboDesk, at 2 El Geish St., Capital Tower, Tanta, Egypt. For any privacy question, write to hello@robodesk.ai.
What this site collects
- Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, date and time — for security and to keep the service running. These are retained for a limited period and not used to build a profile of you.
- Your language choice. If you switch the site between English and Arabic, that preference is stored in your own browser using local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
- Analytics, only if you accept. We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand how this site is used and measure campaign performance. Both load only after you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Until then, no analytics or advertising cookie is written and no visit is measured against an identity. Declining keeps it that way, and your choice is remembered in your own browser. Google Analytics anonymises IP addresses. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
If you email us
When you contact us, we process the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, company and the content of your message — in order to answer you and, where relevant, to progress a commercial discussion. We keep that correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose or to meet a legal obligation.
Third parties on this page
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel run on this site, and Google and Meta process usage and campaign-measurement data on our behalf. The live chat widget is our own, served from our infrastructure.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, write to hello@robodesk.ai.
