What this does not include

Channel fees are separate and are not ours. On WhatsApp, Meta charges per delivered message at a rate set by the recipient’s market and the message category — and for many of our customers that bill is the larger of the two. We built a calculator for it so you can see both before you decide.

How does RoboDesk pricing work?

RoboDesk is priced per interaction, per AI skill. Licences, users, channels and connectors are unlimited and are not charged for, so the bill moves with the volume you actually handle rather than with how many people you put on the platform.

What counts as an interaction?

An interaction is a complete customer conversation, not a single message. A conversation that runs over several messages is one interaction.

How much does RoboDesk cost?

Basic Interaction $0.02, Agentic AI $0.05, AI-First $0.07 per interaction, and AI Voice Agents at $0.07 per minute. The three text tiers are mutually exclusive: an account sits on one of them and every interaction bills at that rate.

Do I pay per agent or per seat?

No. Users and licences are unlimited. Adding a supervisor, a team or a whole department does not change the price.

Is AI voice included in the per-interaction price?

No. AI Voice Agents are billed per minute at $0.07, added on top of a text tier rather than instead of one.

What happens above 50,000 interactions a month?

Above 50,000 interactions a month pricing is bespoke, so the calculator stops quoting a figure and hands you to enterprise sales. At that volume the rate depends on the mix and the commitment, and quoting a list price would be quoting something we do not actually offer.

Are WhatsApp and Meta message fees included?

No. Those are charged by the messaging provider for the channel itself and are separate from RoboDesk's platform rate. They can be estimated with the WhatsApp pricing calculator on this site.

Are taxes included in these prices?

No. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT and any local taxes.
